Is there like a tiny town to retire to on a small income so one can than drive about 3 hrs to AZ so one would be able too use your Medicare Insurance can anyone tell if this town is far enough and border is a safe way or place to live
I want to live in Tuxpan,Jalisco does anyone no where this tiny tiny town is and how far in hours is it from a border crossing I have read there is only 1 Gringo and thats fine with me

Tuxpan is just off highway 54 before you enter the state of Colima. It's a full 3 days to Nogales

Be careful, make sure you really want to live close to the border. Life is very different there than in the US. Do your homework first. Speaking the language is a must. It isn't going to be like a hotel on the beaches.

jalisco is further from the border than three hours. much. try the state of sonora...that is where you need to look to be close to the border. there are several nice retirement areas in sonora.
