You will need a DVD-RW drive, so you can write to a dvd. You will also need a program that can burn the file from computer to DVD, I use Nero. Nero is an awesome program that can edit audio, video, and do all your backups of all your important files!
If you dont have the DVD-RW drive, consider buying a sony drive, they are rated one of the top 10 drives on the market and you also get a free version on Nero that will handle your DVD burning!

If you're trying to make a DVD, you'll need a file converter, which is kind of a long process. If you're just trying to put the file on a disk, just use Sonic or Nero or whatever burning software your computer has.
P.S. - watch out for Limewire. The feds have been cracking down on people who use it.
