what do i do its like a scab near my lip.. i know its very discussing.. like what can i do.. ..

Try putting triple antibiotic cream (like neosporin) on it, then put a band aid on it and sleep with it that way. The cream should soften the scab and possibly make it fall off, but it will also make it look less red and noticeable by morning. Make sure you put a good amount of the cream on it and cover it over night!

This definitely sounds like a cold sore. Try zovirax or them new cold sore patches which I've heard are good. Don't pick at it though or it will just get worse.
