There is an old trick used in the military and prison:
place a 1 inch think phone book over a restrained person and strike them with a club or baseball bat. The layers of paper diffuse the impact and prevents broken bones but is still extremely painful.

A Sock with an orange in it, but if you do this, you will still get caught, and go to jail for assalt with a deadly weapon, While in jail the other prisoners will so you the proper way to beat the hell out of someone, I'm sure you will remember it as you will be the new guy in there for at lease one day. Since I use to work in domestic violence, I do know the answer to your question. Instead of answering your question I'm going to ask why would you ever want to hurt another person this way? You got issues dude!

Use a phone book, and to make life easier on you, use clorform first, that way they don't struggle so much..
