Any ideas for a beach near the north county, that has good sand, no rocks, and isnt so crowded and im tired of the main ones like moonlight, oceanside, and ponto, any new ideas?

Leucadia has good beaches. There is Leucadia State beach and also a surf beach up the hill from the Leucadia Park. I forget the name, but you just walk up the hill from the park, and you will see a mini parking lot and then a path leading back on down to the sand.

Swamii's is a nice beach as well. It's about 2-3miles south of Moonlight. It is right next to (south of) the Buddahest temple in Encinitas.

If you want to go north of san diego Del mar Beaches are nice and not so congested and good for surfing...If you want to go further New port beach is nice....I believe that one is near L.A.

Ummmm, northern San Diego, ever try Mission Beach? Interesting. I know, not quite "northern S.D". Even Coronado is nice.
