like..whens the best time where you should be able to show it.. 14, 15, 16, 18.. etc. and dont say never cuz i wasnt asking that.

where are you gonna show it? i mean, are you going to a beach? are you wearing a bikini? 'cause if it is like that, then you can show you belly since you are 10!!! but if you are gonna be walking around a city showing of your belly, well, i dont think it looks nice, at least you have a great belly!!! i ll say.....20!!!

I don't think that's an age thing, it's based more on the maturity level.

i agree with DLZ it is a maturity thing, depends why you want to.. it doesnt come down to an age thing at all
