Does anyone have a good cookie recipe that doesnt involve vanilla or cream of tartar?

I'm sorry I know this isn't beauty or style, but I need an answer fast

Any Cookie Recipe work, just do not add the Vanilla or (Gross, Cream of TATA) Ha!.
Recipes are given it the order of Adding and the main ingredients are usually given first. Then followed by flavoring.
I call it a "Base" and then "Extras".
Let's look at Chicken Alfredo;
Chicken and noodles (Any Pasta will work)
Alfredo;
BASE: Whipping Cream, Butter, Parmesan Cheese.
Extras: Garlic, Pepper, Oregano, Sage? etc. etc. it all according to taste.
Cookies the same. You have your "Base" this what make the cookie a cookie, the rest just for taste! OK?
