how do you fix the xbox when its blinking red and green ...I cant even play it or make the disk tray open

that means the video aux cord isn't put in correctly. disconect it and plug it in again into your tv (make sure it is in the right colors). make sure that the switch is either on TV or HDTV, then reset it afew times.
it happened to me a little while ago, after afew trys it started again.

if your talkin about the first one you open the disk tray by gettin a paper clip and theres goin to be a small hole below the disc tray. press the eject button then put the paper clip in the little hole then your goin to have to press something to pop it open. can't help you about the blinking red and green thingy same sh*t happens to mine.

There might be a problem with the connection, xbox always does that when it is not connected the right way.
