It reminds me of that saying...if you love something, let it go, if it does not return, it wasn't yours to begin with.

Things change. I can think of plenty you would not want to hang on to. My dinner for example.
Everything that really exists is made up of energy even though there are some who have a tough time understanding that.
Whether or not you think my dinner was real or not depends mostly on your definition of the word.
