Well, it seems that you are letting everyone else get to you. dont worry about everyone else so much and how well they drive. just get behind that wheel and do your best. once you get the hang of it its like riding a bike. it will all come naturally to you. i was nervous my first time too. have your parents or someone else in your family take you on some back roads to practice. if not, just do your best and i like i said, dont worry about anyone else's driving. it takes time. some ppl are naturally good at it and it doesnt take long at all for them to catch on, while others need more practice. the first step is facing your fears and to push the nervous feelings aside.

Stop trying for awhile. Then practice in some mock set-up of the car before getting into the car itself.

The last thing we need out on the road is somebody who is behind the wheel trying to drive and having problems concentrating, just because everyone else is driving.

Maybe driving is not your thing. Some people are not meant to drive. I guess you must say to yourself, "If other people, who don't even look that smart can drive, why can't i drive?" Don't look at the yellow line just look straight in the middle of the road. Lose the fear. Just do it. But if you think you will cause harm to your body, or someone Else's body by not driving good. Do drive.

I was a lot like you, I had to take my driving test three times before I passed it, I kept failing the maneuverability part. I was just so nervous. I did my daily meditation before my third test and put all my fear and negativity behind me. I took driving lessons which were really good because my instructor was really cool. You just have to feel comfortable, build up your confidence, and you will be out there on the road like everyone else.

It's surely stress you got there :P... Don't feel that you have to rush because everyone around you knows how to drive. Maybe do some yoga or anything to unstress yourself before driving and take some deep breath... Start to drive on some quiet places. Like.. dont go in the highways or big street. Maybe drive around streets to streets where the houses are... You can go slow.. usualy its like 30km/hour... or less even so it'll b less stresser than when you get totaly used to it and you feel ready, start to drive on the highways.

Keep trying. It's not as scary as it seems. I love driving and I'm pretty good at driving with my knees while I'm on the phone and putting my hair back...I don't do it all the time though...can't afford the ticket or the cost of repairing a wrecked car. Relax! It'll come to you!

First try a completly safe driving environment. Play a driving video game.

Next drive in a empty parking lot. Do this day after day until you feel confident.

Next drive on an empty road. Do this day after day until you feel confident.

Next drive on an residential road. Do this day after day until you feel confident.

Keep this up until you can take on the Autobahn...

You can do it, Trust in yourself, Believe in your abilites,

Be relentless in your pursuit.

You have to face your fears first! Realize what they are, or why you have them. Fear holds you back in life you can't move forward. Was this something that you always feared or have any of your parents scared you with driving experiences. Does one of your parents have driving fears? Let go and learn or get some type of physiological help.

Drive the car in a big empty parking lot with someone who is laid back. Push yourself, but don't beat yourself up for being nervous. Most things that are easy were once difficult.

Driving is REALLY easy, just think of all the idiots who drive on a daily basis. If it was that difficult you would see people driving into trees and people getting killed in your city constantly.
