Last year on american Idol they kicked out a AMAZING singer just because she didn't have the looks. Why do they pick on contensents that are fat?

Hello, the judges did not kick them off the American public took care of that and it was sickening to watch. All three judges were disgusted.
If America does get it right this year, judging by the acts so far, the final 3 of 4 will be black females. Two of whom would be considered overweight. Blame America. They picked a loser in Ruben already because of Race.

Because "American Idol" is a stupid show.
Everybody buys into the plot of it being a real competition.
The producers of that show PICK who they want in the show. They've picked who the winner is long before viewers have.
They have an ideal of what they want their "American Idol" to look like, and they'll pass up true talent in order to get the look.
They're cruel, on that show. Look at the contestants at the beginning who had various disabilities. Now obviously, they weren't going to make it because they weren't very good... but is the humiliation and degradation REALLY necessary? I couldn't watch past the first episode this season... it brought tears to my eyes.

The judges don't kick them out -- the American people (voters) do. By the way, 40% of American Idol winners have been black. 20% of the winners have been fat.

I haven't noticed any kind of favouritism.Even last night Simon was only nice to a dark skinned lady.Who cares u shouldn't talk colour cuz it's only skin.I don't think there picky but they can b rude and deserve 1 back every once in a while cuz they make a lot of people cry just most hold back cuz of being on national TV.

Its pretty much Randy the one that his being picky. He likes the black people and you can tell. And with the white people He either likes them or hate them. So Its Randy Mainly the one doing the picking Simon too. I don't think that paula is doing any of the picking on them at all.

the lady last year should have won they just picked mostly folkes they would sleep with if they could this year and most cant sing and again the three girls that can sing are the ones they wont vote in and the best is large like me
