You are asking if your answer is correct, but your answer has degrees, minutes and seconds which is very specific for a part of London or area near London.
The seconds portion of the latitude and longitude will change as you move around different areas in London. Your answer is approximately correct.
I found:
1) 51, 30' North, 0, 07' West
2) 51, 32' North, 0, 05' West

On my map I have "London, England 51 32 N 0 5 W", so that is somewhere close...

According to my google earth, that longitude/latitude is the intersection of Broad Sanctuary and Little George Street, slightly south of Big Ben. Is this where you took your reading from? the exact coordinates will vary depending on where in England you are.

Wikipedia says so.
Note that 1" of latitude is about 3 metres, and 1" of longitude is about 2 metres. So the given location is very precise, it is on the street just south of Lord Nelson.

That is the same answer i got from wikipedia, so im pretty sure its right.
