What kind of phone do you have? Do you have mp3 files in your computer? You need those at least. The easiest thing to do is to log onto the phone manufacturer website and download the music transfer software. (I have a Sony Ericsson, for example) If that is not possible, try what I did for my Nokia: get a new memory card. Put it in the phone and format it. Take it out, and connect it to the computer, then copy your music files onto it. Put it back in the phone and it should work. But it does not work as well as using the transfer software.
