It is embarassing when I am photographed my eyes are always closed.

Try staring at a wall for two minutes without blinking. I did a staring contest with my grandfather and won but the contest lasted for five minutes!!! If you can do that, you can keep you eyes open through ANY camera flash!!! Even the long persisting red lights that are followed by a two-second blinding light.

one trick I learned when I was having my senior portraits done was that you should never just sit and stare at the camera until they ready. look down or away. Then when they count down to the picture, look at the camera. That should work. Usually if you just stare your eyes get tired and you blink.

literally, put a little bit of tape on your eye lid ery morning and cover it with foundation or eye shadow if ur a girl... lol

have the person taking the pic count for you and open up those babies!
