i think that's yet to be seen, i'd give him a year or two before making that judgement, but it's true that having LT there did help him out this year

Of course not. He's only good because #21 stands right behind him and there is usually atleast 8 men in the box. Any decent QB could make a completion with 3 men in coverage. Phillip Rivers will be a Trent Dilfer at best, his team is excellent, and Rivers gets the job done, he doesn't exceed what he needs to do.

i think right now he is mediocre but in about two years maybe he can bust out. right now we can't tell how good he is and how much it's just because LT becomes the main concern of the defense give rivers time and we'll see. he may just be a qb who drifts along never doing too great or he could be the next John Elway only time will tell right now he's just ok.

No. With a running back like LT and the devotion to the running game all Rivers has to be is average. Could you put the game solely on Rivers shoulders and he'd carry a team? No.

Sal S just proved that Drew Brees was a good quarterback, not Phillip Rivers. Any road, I'm not sold on him just yet, like it's been stated, when you have L.T. to hand the ball off to, it makes things just a bit easier.

Yes, he has a good arm and QB skills . L.T. all ways helps but look at Bree's did great w/out L.T. And had a nice playoff game.

he avg. not as good as he seems tobe, and the only seems good because he has adelius as a GREAT running back that makes him SEEM a good decent qb
