I think she has a right to claim the body. What I don't agree with is how she handled it. Anna should absolutely without a doubt be buried with her son. It was apparent that she decided where she wanted to get buried when she bought the cemetary plots. The mother should honor her daughters wishes, had she taken that approach when she was in court she might have gotten custody.

My feelings on this is that i can't stand her mother, i think she is a bitchhh and how dare she do this, it's not like she tryed in any real way to make amends with her daughter, and now she went and try to stop the funeral, had i had control over there in the bahamas i would have kicked her sorry assss out of the church and service and out of the bahamas. As for Howard K. Stern well i feel really bad for him i think he is getting a bad wrap for all this mess, Is he dannylnn's Daddy i don't know but i hope so for both of their sakes because i feel he really loved Anna Nicole and her children. I am pleased that he was able to help in carrying out her last wishes. As for his speech today at the funeral, well i would have to agree with him, he certaintly shocked people but also had people in that church agreeing with him. Like i have been saying all along these so call family and friends. i could go on and on with this one, all i know is that i adored Anna Nicole and i will miss her but i know she is truly at peace with her son Daniel now i just hope that there is no way possible that her nor Daniel will be exhumed, may they rest in peace.

That's the way I feel to. I don't think her mother should have any say, Anna Nicole didn't have anything to do with her for over 10 years. I'm so glad that she will get to be with her son where she wanted to be. I hope her mother doesn't get Dannielynn of all the people Anna sure didn't want her mother to have her. I just think this is so sad. May she now rest in peace.

No she does not have any right. ANS despised her mother and Texas. She just wants things done "her way" She is beyond evil. If I were Anna I would come back and haunt her.

I'm glad to see that she was buried by her son. So much tragedy in that woman's life.
Her mother, I think, wants custody of the baby because the baby inherits everything now.
When Anna Nicole had her tv show, she was adament about not having anything to do with her parents.

She was estranged for a reason...and I think Howard is trying to go by her wishes....I hope Dannielynn has a wonderful life and that her guardian protects her and not into the fight for the money...

She has no rights . She lost her last right whenn she beat her daughter at age 21 and Anna cut the cord .
