I'm not talking about the big brands that cost thousands of dollars.. but where can i go to keep up to date about what's in for guys. There's GQ and whatnot.. but they really focus around the really expensive stuff. Maybe by reading celebrity magazines to see what they're wearing? Cause they generally set the trends and wear what looks good.

Details, GQ, and Men's Vogue

I know...the items featured are expensive. HOWEVER, it is just to give you an idea of current trends in fashion. Similar items and looks are available at all sorts of men's stores.

Think about it....who would buy a fashion magazine with clothes from cheaper retailers.

About half the clothes featured in GQ and Details are affordable too-- Gap, JCrew, Brooks Brothers, DKNY, Banana Republic, Polo, etc.

Like I said, it is just to give you an idea of what is out there and the current trends. ( and dont let it scare you....there is something new every month, and opinions and ideas change pretty often in the fashion world)

hang out on modeling sites. I recommend toospoiled.com since it is entirely free and a great networking site. Joining is free and can be done during a commercial break, so no great investment is needed to join and start exploring the talent industry.

You have nothing but a few seconds to lose and everything to gain. All you need to do is log onto toospoiled.com (works best with internet explorer), enter my scout code STPE8759, and fill in the forms. It can be used as just a social site like MySpace and you can get paid for the ads on your page.
