Let her know that you are annoyed because she could've at least called you, then let it go cuz it really isn't that serious

Find out the reason b4 reacting...some people are just undependable decide whether you will put up with it and enjoy their company when they show up or decide that bugs me i dont want to deal with that from a friend. But dont let it upset u either way!!

I'd call the friend and ask if they were alright, making sure nothing bad happened to them first. One your assured they are fine, ask them why did they stand you up. Chances are something out of the ordinary happened and they probably didn't meant to hurt you.
