And how do I make them the same?

Theres really no reason why you would need to develop one over the other. Unless you were noticing that you were also stronger on that side with your traps, you would notice this by doing things like shrugs or upright rows. Now if you are stronger on one side and it makes it hard to lift weights properly, then switch to dumbbells as opposed to barbells. And at the end of each set, do just a couple more lifts with the weaker trap, that would make it so that the strength and size would eventually even out.

The only reason why I wouldnt recommend it is because by favoring one muscle to make it even out, you would eventually overdue it and then you would be facing the same problem with your now stronger one. Either way your dominate side will be bigger, I noticed similar things happening to me. What I did to fix it instead of using weights, was I learned and grew a habit of using both sides of my body. I work at a place where lifting things is very common, so I would lift using my right side first, then my left side and I would repeat it like that. It wasnt long before my body evened itself out without me having to manipulate it.

the same thing happened in my biceps, and I beleive it is mainly because you use one muscle more outside of your excercise routine. Because I am left handed, my entire left arm is more developed. You will probably notice this for most muscles. Just try to even it out by doing one or two more repetitions for that one side if you want, but other than that, it doesnt really make any aesthetic difference unless it is a huge difference.
