If u were to buy a notebook which is the best brand out there? i want to use it for skool, vids, pics and music and makin my own home movie.

I would go with hp or any of the others. The only brand I would stay away from is dell, sure they may upbeat them a lot, but believe me they are not worth it. I have a whole list of people to back me up, so as long as you stay away from them, you'll be just fine.
Just back sure to get one with a lot of memory, if your going to be working with vid and pic's.

This a question guaranteed to get lots of response with no two the same.
I like Toshiba, bought my first one in Jan 1999 and upgraded to a 2nd Toshiba (M35) last year.
Got a good deal at CompUSA during a $100 sale and $200 rebate. Keep a look out over the next two months for sales and rebates.
