Whether 90 is good or not depends on the engine; what are the specs on this car? Perhaps OK, but would be a bit low for most cars. Is the car using oil at all? The cylinder walls may be worn down, allowing some blow-by and oil use. If that is the case, a ring-and-valve job would take care of it, but that's pretty expensive. If that is the problem, it won't hurt to drive it that way; just keep checking the oil and refilling if necessary. If the engine starts to miss after while, it will probably mean the plugs are getting fouled by the oil residue, and they need cleaning.

Radiator coolant leaking into the engine can also cause the white smoke. If the radiator fluid level is going down, that's probably the case. Refill it, but you'll need to get this fixed soon as your engine can be ruined if antifreeze is leaking, and if this leakage continues to get worse. This repair is likely to be expensive, also, but you can consult a mechanic and see what he says.

Blue is oil burning. Even with good compression your rings can be worn, valve seals, or clogged pcv. Valve seals aren't that bad to replace, but you get caught in the 'while I'm there I might as well fix' syndrome.

90 psi is the lowest you want it to go it should be about 160 psi, your oil rings may be worn but i would star with the seals. first take an air fitting that will screw into the spark plug hole, put constant air to it this will keep the valves from falling when you take the springs off.

Combination of all worn parts I would try a slightly higher rated oil a thicker oil .

typically good compression is 130 to 155 , sounds like she's worn out
