Whenever I need support or advice I call and turn to my big Sister. The only problem is she lives in a different State than I do but it's nice that I can at least call her because she always has a way of making me feel better.

It depends on the situation. The best person to turn to for advice is someone you can trust, who has an unbiased point of view on what's going on. Who I turn to in any given situation depends on how much of a part each of the people I trust play in the situation, because it's usually not a good idea to ask someone heavily involved in what's going on due to the biases that will be formed in that person's mind.

That's a good question. I've found myself divorced after slowly losing all of my friends for my controlling ex husband. Then after a few years of being divorced I met a wonderful man who was supportive and we use to talk about everything. Now that we have ended our relationship I truly have no one that I trust to talk with about my feelings. I guess that's why I sit at my computer and ask questions here. No one really knows me so it doesn't matter to me if I'm judged or not.

At times of trouble, try talking to your school counselor, or a teacher that you trust entirly. And if you don't want to talk to them in person, then send them an e-mail or a letter. You could also turn to a good friend, or your mom and dad. I talk to my aunts, just b/c they know what i'm going through, and they only want the best for me. (Pluse i know that sometimes it's embarrassing to talk 2 ur parents... ^//^ hehe..)
