I think you can be either or, or both (kind of). I had a friend in high school born on Oct. 23 that dressed like a Libra and flirted a lot like a Libra, but had the passion and temper of a Scorpio. Presently, I have an two acquaintances born on Oct. 23, and they are both completely Libra. I see no Scorpio in them at all. So like some other answers said, you need to get your chart done. It would be interesting for sure.

Neither of those answers was that great. You can go to a website and enter in your birth time along with the birth date because it is so close to the change on that day sometimes you would be either. And it really does make a difference in your personality. This one is good, free and pretty easy. Remember to convert the time to the 24 hour format.

depends on if you have more libra or scorpio traits. i'd say read about each one then decide for yourself. i'm on the cusp of gemini/cancer..and i am nowhere near cancer qualities. so, its up to you.

my niece's is the same day. u could have charecteristics of both being right on the cusp.
