I wouldn't use medications this time around. You are right you have some fish there that would be harmed or killed by the medication. Continue to raise the temperature to above 88 F It is at that level ick will no longer multipy and will also die. Raise the salt content to 2 tablespoons per 5 gallons and this will also help kill the ick. This is a slow process that can take up to 2-3 weeks to completely clear the tank, but it's safer for you than medications. You will probably have to add an airstone to the tank during the treatment as the high temperature will lower the oxygen content of the water.

You don't need to add salt and meds. Pick one or the other.

There are meds that are more delicate than others. Read and see if it is safe for scaleless fish. If it is then it should be fine. If it is not then pick salt and high temps or treat they tank at half strength with meds.

All you need to do is put your tank temp up to 90 degrees farenheit. Im serious. and add about a half a teaspoon of salt. makesure that you have a bubbler to provide supplemental oxygen. keep the tank temp up for about 10 days. trust me, I've delt with ich many times

Treat for ick and fin rot at the same time. The diseases are commonly misdiagnosed. The meds will not hurt the fish.

You really should isolate the sick fish is a hispital tank that has no gravel, just filter, heater and lights. Your other fish will thank you by not dying.
