Talk to who?

If she was the one who hurt you, why would she be the one who is angry? If you really value your friendship with her, you'll have to suck it up and risk it. So what if she's angry? You're upset too. Just say, ______, I need to talk to you about what happened the other day. When you said, ______, it hurt me. Why did you do that? Work from there.

P.S- You should provide a link to your first question because not everyone has read it.

Well just start a casual conversation and then just bring it up. Ask her how she is doing and then if she feels like talking about it then she will. Tell her that she is your friend and that you care about her and her feelings. But if she doesn't want to talk about it tell her you'll always be there for her if she ever does want to talk about it. I love when my friends show just how much they care for me and hopefully your friend will do the same!

I'm quite certain that no one knows what you're talking about. However it sounds to me like you should talk to this person even if you think they might get upset. It sounds as though its a serious issue, that needs to be handled. Good Luck.

tell her you don't want to make her angry but noticed something was bothering her and would she like to talk. If the answer is no she doesn't want to talk then let her be.

Why not ? Bring out something to show your concern; like "things related to health", "studies", "financial"; etc. Go on ! and mend the friendship. Is good to make friend than enemy !
