I don't actually "hope" but I do "think" that they are. They actually represent more of the West than the rest of the human population.
It's kinda hard to get an answer from an Asian point of view.

They probably aren't. Most people, even most Internet addicts, are probably too busy with other things to spend a whole lot of time here.
I think you'll find that there are at least a few decent people here, though.

I obviously haven't has as negative experience on here as you have had. For the most part, people have been kind and considerate. Just ignore the bad ones, don't let one rotten apple spoil the whole bunch.
