Go to Control Panel through Start.

Look for System in Control Panel.

Go to Advance and Performance setting.

Go to Advance again and you will notices an area that allow you to increase page files "viritual memory".

What happen is when the computer bandwith goes beyound the system memory that it pour into the cache files. The page or cache are slower than system memory while not being productive.

You should get a system memory upgrade.

SJW, you have no idea what she talking about. Please leave it to the professional.

Again Loyal B, you don't know what she talking about. Shhh! Be quiet!

No more antivirus suggestion. This is not revelant to her problems.

Those popups are malware and they will infect your computer. Stop them by doing this:
Go to Control Panel Administrative Tools then Click Services
Scroll down the list until you get to Messenger.
Right click Messenger go to properties
Then by using the drop down arrow disable messenger and click ok.
When you reboot, you should not get more popups but you may or may not have already gotten a virus.

I would recommend running any anti-spyware or ant-virus software you have on your computer, as the popups are more likely a sign of spyware than your computer actually being low on memory. If what you have doesn't do the trick, try downloading a free trial of a program like Stopzilla! (against spyware) or AVG (antivirus).

Go to start>control panel> add or remove programs

Uninstall some stuff you do NOT use.
Means you are using up to much space on your harddrive.
Delete things on your desktop (such as files not icons)
