I've killed almost all NPCs in Neverwinter Nights. Help!?

I've killed almost all NPCs in the Docks district. Any answers on how to brought them back to life or I'll just have to restart the game?

As far as i know, your screwed.

Ok maybe not. I'm pretty sure you can go to the DM client and re-spawn the NPCs.
