harley davidson parts manager?

..I was interviewing for a different position in the dealership and after the interviewing,they offered this position to me. im experienced ,but not with HD..what is a decent starting salary for this position?..10 years managment experience..3 parts experience..all automotive/bike related experience. 5 counter people will be on my staff..

44-60K Starting pay.

$25.00 hr or $20.00 plus commission on sales
