Who knows. It is yahoo, and it does lean way left. But hey, my favorite color is green, and it's certainly not because of Al Gore. I'm a die hard Conservative, and I don't like it that my color is associated with the likes of a hypocrite :( Oh well, Al Gore really isn't "green" when you consider all those mansions he owns, flying around in big ol' jets. Hey, I wonder what color represents Hypocrisy?

The Oscars did NOT go 'green' for Al Gore. The Oscars went to the number one documentary of 2006. Maybe you should watch those five or so documentaries.

And Yahoo! Answers was always green (no political affiliation, though).

Why is being a little green bad, you talk as if wanting to live in an healthy environment is a bad thing...I live in Minnesota, land of 10.000 lakes and I cannot eat fish from these lakes more than once a week due to mercury in the wild fish....I want my grandchildren to have wild places because they are the real Earth, not artificial places man has created...there is a connection between clean air/water and health....if we err to the green, why is that a terrible thing? Or are you just a Conservative partisan hack with an agenda to serve the profit of the corporations more than the health of your children

If you have any desire to have clean water and air, you don't show it...never mind the facts, your little opinion is more valuable than millions of people that really do want a better planet...Would you dump used oil onto the ground if no one knew, would you dump chemicals into the water to dispose of them, or throw old tires into ditches...it's all the same, either you are the problem or you are someone who cares about his neighbors....this is a small world, the sort of behaviors I described can get you a huge fine or land you in jail....are you a citizen or a criminal?

It's been green in color for awhile... Could also have something to do with St P's approach, too... <.<

Aside from that, What's wrong with embracing cleaner technology? Acid rain isn't a falacy, and neither is smog. I also notice I get sick, now that I live in the city, as opposed to when I lived in the country. So, why not make money off of going "green"?

I think it has been green since I came here, back in September. Maybe Al and Yahoo are just going green early for St. Paddy's Day.

I believe global warming is real and humans are causing it. I'm glad Al Gore has informed the public of this problem.
