Emo eyeliner? As in, EMOTIONAL eyeliner? Golly! And all this time I thought eyeliners were inanimate objects! What a fool I've been!

Add like a dark black color of eyeliner. Put the eyeliner on how u normally put it on then darken it and put the eyeliner lower. Like put the eyeliner as low as the bottom lashes go.

well i thin the best eyeliner for the cool emo look is the liquid black eyeliner on te top lash and a thin layer of the pencil liner on your bottom.....it takes alot of time and practice to get it just right but you get the hang of it!Good luck!

umm first of all...y would you want to have emo eyeliner??
and most people look a whole lot better if they only do a lil bit of eyeliner.
but ne wayz....if you rly want the emo look, go for liquid eyeliner. sure it mite b hard to apply the 1st couple of times but you'll get the hang of it...and it lasts for a long time!!

use heavy liquid eyeliner on both your top and bottom lashlines. make sure you go over the lines at least 10x each for added drama. get the bottom line inside your eye if possible. extend your top line half an inch past your eyes.

Pretty much like any other eyeliner, babe. Except your applying it just below the eyelashes, but just enough so it's hugging the rim of your eyelashes... Good luck with it though.. xP

Take your pencil, close your eye, and line your eye. You have to keep the other eye open. It's very hard if you don't. Don't attempt while driving or operating heavy machinery. Or while using any mind-altering substance. Side affects may be: stabbing the eyeball, red eyes, and suicidal tendencies.

juss do the original step.. and then add another layer on the top of the orig.
to clarify this j uss make it thiker
...
also on the bottom as well
