oh hun, i have been thru alot of **** in my life and i mean alot and im only 13, i dont really like talking to counsellors coz i think that makes me feel dumb, but i have taken up a hobby and it takes my mind of the things that are going wrong, and i talk to ppl alot not of my problems but of other stuff like gossip, fashion etc it helps just talking things out, u can keep your problems to urself but im telling u its way easier to tell a close friend, anyways take up a hobby and ask ur friend to have sleep overs at ur place that way u can both do them together and be safe at the same time

I have a friend with the same sickness (acid reflex) and i will tell you the same thing i told him. It is okay to worry about things like this. But you can overcome this, plus my friend said that his doctor said that if anything happens it will happen in twenty years. Worst case scenario you have to take some pills for a couple of months. And about the counselor, i needed a tutor once and had the same problem. You really should see your counselor no matter how scared you are. Through all the stuff people say about them, their job is to help people. My suggestion is to go to your school counselor, and don't worry about being told your to young to be stressed, it happens.

I saw a infomercial one time about unknown cures
It stated that acid reflux is a pharmaceutical scam
the medication they give you dries up the acid which in turn causes your body to create an influx of acid into your sytem which in turn makes you feel better.. the problem is your body can only create so much.
Soo they said you should take a teaspoon of vinegar and get rid of that B.S. medicine
Note: Just something I read. You should probably research on the internet yourself... i am NOT a doctor.

Your mom sounds like she is irritable , she probably has problems that you are unaware of.
Maybe you should sit down and ask her how she is doing sometime.

Better be careful about who your friends are. Doesn't sound like you need to be hanging out with such a dysfunctional family. How do you not know where your best friend lives? I've known exactly where my best friend has lived for 18 years now. And about you acid reflux thing, maybe a doctor can give you a prescription. They do have medication for things like this. I understand you felt like dog poop, but you need to keep yourself in school. Taking meds for this disease does help, I know plenty of people that have it totally under control. Don't miss school. Make your parents take you to the doctor and if they don't, get a family member or someone to take you. Its very important to take care of yourself. If you start young, like I'm assuming you're young, then you will stay young!! Be happy. Get a local best friend that is true and keep her/him forever. Don't fight. My best friend and I have never been in one single fight, EVER. We love each other dearly. Her sisters even consider me their best friends. You need to find someone as special as we are so they can help you get through things. Good luck and feel better.

for the acid reflux ,if you haven't seen a doctor you need to they can give you medicine for it that will help,if mom won't take you to doctor ,see school nurse tell her maybe she can help you.don;t be to hard on mom they get stressed to, listening to their children argue and worrying about money problems and they will get arrested if their kids miss to much school, try helping mom out at home by doing some chores that will help get her on your good side maybe.that's bad that your friend got beat up by her on brother if not arrested he should of been ,didn't the parents do anything. shame if not. check with post office to see if you can find out your friends new address or at school office.no your not to young to be stressed, but counseling can help ,if you have no one else to turn to , maybe you could try joining a church ,some have teen groups that do lots of fun things together, good luck hope you get to feeling better.

everyone in life has problems and pains that we deal with each and every day. i know how bad depression can hurt and how unfair the world can seem. you have to learn that you can't be the hero for everyone unless they want to help themselves. sometimes things are just out of your control and you need to let God take over. Get out of the house and go for walks and jogs and take your mind off things. enjoy being with your family and friends. put your mind on something else like model building or reading whatever it is you like to do. i know how hard it is to overcome certain depression but believe me I have just overcome a 6 month rut after my ex girlfriend decieved me. you will find that sooner or later you will be rewarded and your pain will subside. dont let it get you down because remember things like your friend's brother being a bully wont be able to last.

About your mom, maybe she's just upset about something that made her react that way.
Your friend, since you have not communicated with her recently, just hope and pray that she's in good condition.
Yourself, since your sick, try to get some rest. Free your mind of troubles. You'll never get better if you think about these things. Try to read something, like inspirational books and the likes.

I am feeling depressed as well, it makes no sense that i even attempt to answer your ques. the blind can't lead the blind. I am just sitting listening to sad songs. All i can say is, I hope ur situation changes for the better, and i really hope so. those of that get the bs, are usually the ones who are so easily scarred and who really don't deserve it. Hopefully this will past 4 ya:)

Unfortunately, I don't think there are any quick fixes here. But you can be depressed at your age. I was and so are other kids. I just had to tough it out until I graduated and moved out. I know it sounds easier said than done, but you can do it. Find someone to talk to. I know my neighbor helped me through the worst. I really hope things get better!
