i agree with everybody....you probably have sleep apnea syndrome. you should have it checked by a MD. try to assess yourself as well, if you have morning headaches after, or a sore throat.

I do that sometimes when I'm really stressed out. I hate that feeling and it usually goes away in a couple of days. How long has this been going on with you? If its been along time, then I would call your doctor. If its only started, then try to relax for awhile before bedtime and see if that helps. Take a hot bath, etc. Good luck and I hope this clears up soon for you.

Hello, I would consult with a doctor. You may have sleep apnea, which is where you have periods when you go without breathing while asleep. That is a possibility, but you really need to see a doctor.

I had a friend who suffered
from Apnea. As I recall, he
wound up having an inner
nose operation to correct the
problem.

it's called apnea... you should get it checked out... get a sleep study done.. and cut the caffeine out. look up 'tongue thrust'. consider allergies.
