By looking at the sun and the moon and the shadows on the Earth. They might use a sundial.

the clock is just a newer invention of the sundial. i guess if the clock was not invented sundials would still be used. a sundial show the time of day by the sun and its movements in the sky causing shadows

D same way they did b4 d clock was invented, u can basically tell d time by what we were provided with from God the sun and the moon, u may not b able 2 tell d exact hour but u can get a idea of what it can b. Dawn, morning, noon, midday, evening, sunset, night.
