I was sitting indian style today, when I got up I went to lay down on my bed and stretched my calve. As I was doing that, my calve felt like the veins were turning over, and I could feel my vein popping out in my calve and my toes were moving in strange directions. Then I put my feet flat on the floor and the pain slowly went away. Sorry if this is sounding weird, but it really happended to me. Does anyone know what this is?

I doubt that it was your "veins" popping and trying to turn over, most likely it was some strained or cramped muscles and you put some nerves to "sleep" holding that position. The "cramp"in the calf muscles will also travel down and effect your toes also,it's a painful and weird sensation.By standing up,the pain & cramps will slowly go away.Take care. Probably just a leg cramp. When you stand on it, it will go away.

keep your legs stretched so as not to impede blood flow.
