yes. what other shoe colors could you wear., lets make it cute. nice black shawl with off- white dress maybe not my first choice..but make it work how about putting something red in the line of a big necklace and bracelet or ear rings. make it more than black and white outfit... make it something no one has ever seen. a black shoes o.k. off- white dress o.k. now comes the ? a black shawl. how will you wear the shawl???? and how to accessorize it and look classy. are you going to wear it like a traditional Shaw or how about one that just goes across the neck and drops in the back?? I need more information on how you are going to wear the shawl. maybe you are just going to carry the shawl. Is it an expensive black shawl?? like old lace. what does it look like.? why are you wearing it and where are you going??? I would love to help.sorry about all the questions. it would help me to answer your question.

It's better if you wear brown (shoe and shawl) because it looks stunning with ivory.. or off white because its apart of that color family.

Depends on the material. But, I'm still going to say NO. Go with a darker neutral, deep beige, wood or olive green.

yes you can, but you'd have to some jewelry that compliments the off-white dress that you are wearing. such as gold.
