The 3 best are 33 Tony Dorsett of the Dallas Cowboys Blue, 56 Lawrence Taylor of the New York Giants Blue, and 17 Doug Williams of the Washington Redskins Red. The 3 worst would be any Cinncinatti Bengal jersey, Any Cleveland Brown jersey, and the old Tampa Bay jerseys

I'll only use the NFL, or else I could tell you to look at every jersey from the old WLAF (later called NFL Europe).

1. old Tampa Bay Buccaneers jersey
2. current Baltimore Ravens jersey
3. old Denver Broncos jersey (not a fan of orange on a jersey)
Best:
1. New York Giants (current, which is a throwback of sorts)
2. Powder blue San Diego Chargers jersey (love the throwback)
3. Tennesse Titans (for whatever reason, always wanted a jersey from this team)
