I think the best bet is to pick something you are already passionate about and find a way that it helps the world.
For example, I'm passionate about my research on aggressive dogs. How does that affect the world? 4.7 million people are bitten by dogs every year in the US. Sixteen are killed and most of those are under the age of ten. So I might begin by telling the story of a child who was hurt or killed by a dog, then saying that I have a dream that one day aggressive dogs will be identified and treated before any child is hurt.
What are YOU interested in? Sports? Sports give kids goals and guidance and fun- you could have a dream that all kids will have the chance to engage in your favorite sport and that through the alliances they make there they might pay it forward and help kids they come across later in their lives... or whatever is meaningful to you.
