How about economic equality.
"A dream where one's birth into privilege does not automatically translate into a life of privilege. A dream where economic poverty does not dictate educational poverty. A dream where the child of welfare can grow up to be the mother of industry. A dream where the migrant farm worker chooses this line of work rather than seeing it as the pinacle of his career choices. Where a doctor's mind can develop in a share-cropper's body, or where a computer programmer emerges from the cattle fields of Montana."

I think the best bet is to pick something you are already passionate about and find a way that it helps the world.
For example, I'm passionate about my research on aggressive dogs. How does that affect the world? 4.7 million people are bitten by dogs every year in the US. Sixteen are killed and most of those are under the age of ten. So I might begin by telling the story of a child who was hurt or killed by a dog, then saying that I have a dream that one day aggressive dogs will be identified and treated before any child is hurt.
What are YOU interested in? Sports? Sports give kids goals and guidance and fun- you could have a dream that all kids will have the chance to engage in your favorite sport and that through the alliances they make there they might pay it forward and help kids they come across later in their lives... or whatever is meaningful to you.

How about between the following? 2 million years from now the scientists can start up a row by technique of saying that the creatures of that era descended from us. source Unknown Evolution has stepped ahead guy to this kind of severe degree that he builds zoos to save his ancestors in cages. source Unknown Evolution isn't a stress yet a procedure. no longer a reason yet a regulation. John Morley 1838-1923, British Journalist, Biographer, Statesman we are the products of modifying, quite than of authorship. George Wald 1906-, American Biochemist Creationist critics usually fee that evolution won't be able to be examined, and hence won't be able to be seen as a suitable medical concern in any respect. This declare is rhetorical nonsense. Stephen Jay Gould i have self belief that our Heavenly Father invented guy because he became dissatisfied contained in the monkey. I have a dream that in this place we call Earth, all our children are happy and healthy. I have a dream that every child has a glass of milk and a bowl of cereal for his breakfast. I have a dream that every child has a place he can call home, a place where he is learning to read and write and a place where he can worship. I have a dream that every child can sleep soundly at night without fear of attack, violence or abuse. I have a dream that every child will grow up to be the man that he is destined to be.

Why not write on: "I have a dream, for everyone to find the subject closest to their heart, and to do their research on that topic, and prepare a speech that truly speaks from their heart."

How can I know what YOUR topic should be?
The real question is, what do YOU care about?
