how do i know which hole the tampon goes in..i can't really tell??

i need to be able to use a tampon cause i am very active in sports and pads just don't cut it

There really is only one hole the tampon will fit in. The vagina is the hole in the middle between the urethra and the anus.

You know if you don't know which hole to use then maybe you should just use pads until you can figure it out. Do you have a female adult that you feel comfortable talking to about personal things like this.

well it will never fit into the urethra (the place where urine comes out of) so you will tell right away. just go a little lower and youll find the "bigger" opening and it will slide right in there. if u dont know about this im guessing ur a virgin and are not experienced, so try using very "slim" tampons.

Try looking in a mirror(yes I know this might sound wierd) but trust me you will find the hole.

lol its the whole next to your anus and thats the whole you will put it in. Dont put it in the anus whole though
