Spooning
Spooning is the act of two people lying on their sides, with one person's front to the other person's back, such that they fit together in a manner similar to spoons. Spooning is considered a mild form of physical intimacy. Spooning can be non-sexual, an act of cuddling before or after sex, or a sex position in its own right.
So a spooning week, I guess is a week of doing it - spoon style.

well spooning is lying next to someone, and cuddling them a certain way. Your body curves with the other person's. It's kinda hard to explain. So spooning week I guess is a week to spoon with people. Why were you invited lol.

Well, as a kid (like 40 years ago), 'spooning' meant necking - kissing. At that time it was considered a term used by our grandparents!!!!... so................. a week of kissing????? a week devoted to kissing?????
