How is it killing the NFL. I mean first off it was the players idea. As to well players won't stay with the team, why should they stay with a bad team? Do you cheer for a bad team and you are upset because no one wants to play for them? It is a great thing. I understand people who whine against the Salary Cap ubt can't get whining about free agency.

Free agency also allows for parity. At least the same teams aren't always good or bad (sorry Lions).
