Why won't frostwire start???

I have ubuntu 6.06 and downloaded the newest version of frostwire. I install it and it is fine but when i go to run it nothing happens. It isn't in the system tray or anything it just doesnt load!!!

I have tried researching it myself and have found many error fixes for frostwire but none deal with the problem i am having...

Please Help!!!

did you go to "file" and see if you are connected? also check to see if there is a firewall blocking it.

The wire needs to be defrosted??
