After the "Woo-hoo", you should have heard a brief snippet of a lullaby. Also, if you can't try for baby anymore (and the lot isn't full or anything), that indicates she's pregnant.
She might also start throwing up a lot, though not all of them do.
In about a day, she'll start showing. Then you'll know for sure.
She will be hungry a lot, need to pee all the time, and tire quickly. Make sure you take good care of her, and try to get the other Sims to take care of stuff like chores and yard work during the pregnancy.

if there is no "try 4 baby" option when u r in bed w/ the future father, u probably have a pregnant sim.........just to be sure, watch the sim u want 2 b pregnant and for the 1st few sim days, if she looks like she's about 2 trow up and there is a pacifier and a ? in her thaught bubble, she is pregnant. after that her belly will also grow and she will b wearing maternity clothes instead of the usual outfit

after they do the fireworks turn ur speakers up, it will sing a 3-5 second lullaby if ur Sim did get pregnant. also if u have an infant baby i don't think ur mom can get pregnant again until after the baby turns into a toddler. Good Luck!!

Turn your speakers up, after your sim ha wooHoo'd if you hear a lulaby tune that means your sim is pregnant!
Also pregnant sims cant leave ths house if that helps at all
But if you miss the sound you can always just wait to see if she is showing

When she becomes pregnant, it plays the rock-a-my baby tune. Then she will usually start throwing up in the mornings. (morning sickness)
