Speculation of course.
A broken heart after the death of her son. I'm sure she didn't intentionally have anything to do with it, but how does a kid that age just happen to have access to Methadone and anti-depressants?
Being surrounded by users, hanger-oners, yes-men, and various other people who gave her incredibly bad advice.
A lack of purpose in life.
A messed up childhood.
An excess of alcohol .
An excess of prescription drugs made available to her by so-called "friends" and disreputable doctors who couldn't say no to her because she was a celebrity.
She was backed into a corner and had nowhere left to hide.
May she finally rest in peace.

I've heard that it was drugs, and then I heard it could have been some kind of flu. But we will know as soon as the tests are back.

They do not know the cause of death yet. Preliminary autopsy was inconclusive. The full toxicology screen is not back yet.
