Make sure you're having sex at the right time of your cycle, most women ovulate 14 days before they expect their NEXT period; don't use a commecial lube because even lubes without spermicide kill sperm (we conceived using Olive Oil), and go ahead and start taking prenatal vitamins now. Zinc and Folic Acid can help a guy produce more sperm, but it takes 70 days from start to finish for sperm to be made, so have him start taking it now, too. Some women feel better if they put their hips on a pillow for 30 minutes after having sex. Getting pregant may takes several months, in some cases many months. Good luck and best wishes for a healthy pregnancy!

There are lots of options, but no matter what you do -- don't stress. That is one of the leading causes of infertility, believe it or not. That's why so many couples get preggo when they stop trying. Anyway, you can chart your basal body temp (BBT), check your cervical mucus and position to find out when you are most fertile (and to make sure you are ovulating). FertilityFriend.com is what I use for info and to keep track. You can use PreSeed lube if you need to use lube. It's the only stuff that doesn't kill sperm. After intercourse, you may want to prop your hips up on a pillow to help keep the sperm in. And, of course, have sex! Every other day is best around your fertile time. Every day works, too, though =) Good luck!!!

you really should go to the doctor if you have been trying to get pg for more than 1 year. you could google "homeopathic" remedies to get pregnant, I tried ovulex and it did work however it ended in a miscarriage, but I am a bit older--38 and we had a baby when I was 35 through fertility. but try to google ovulex and use pre-seed lubricant (if you use lube) because it will not harm any sperm. also, do an ovulation test to see when the best time is. hold off sex for 2-3 days before your ovulation time occurs...Good Luck to you and your husband...

I would suggest going to the doctor. Better to find out sooner than later that there is or isnt a problem. You might have blocked tubes or your husband might have a low sperm count. It will not matter how much sex you have if you have these sorts of problems.
If you know something is wrong at least you can deal with.
Best of Luck.

SEX ED 101 - Having unprotected sex will cause you got get pregnant. And you kind of need a doctor just in case something goes wrong. and they are really helpful through the whole thing. if you dont want a doctor look into getting a Midwife. their not really doctors but are certified do deliver and all that good stuff. but if you need a c-section the doctor will have to do it.

I'm assuming you have already tried the old fashioned way??? Other than that, you need a doc to help if normal doesn't work.
