I already own an xbox 360, and one my friends bought the wii (he too has a 360) i played it and i thought it was fun. However does it get boring after a while swinging the thing and what not? And how are the shooting games and action games, are they as fun as on other systems? Also, is there online multiplayer games as there is on the 360? All answers are greatly appreciated! thank you!

I too own a 360 and bought a Wii as well. I find the Wii to be a great deal of fun. If you are someone who likes to play games with friends some of the games can be a great deal of fun to play. In the end if you want shooting games and high graphics stick to your 360. For some fun games with interactive controllers give the wii a try.
Wii is set up for WiFi and really is not used for online gaming yet though that may change down the line. Your multiplayer will be with friends on the same box at this time.

Yes! It is worth buying! But don't rely on Wii sports alone, if you buy it. Legend of Zelda and Warioware are good, fun game. If you do get bored, you've been playing a game too long too much. At the moment, however, there aren't multiplayer games yet, but you get an email and free internet access!

It depends on what games you prefer. Wii is Nintendo, so look back at Gamecube and N64 and think if there were any games you liked. As far as the motion controller, I think it's neat. After playing Twilight Princess for a few weeks and switchinig back to FF-12 I couldn't help but laugh. Just holding a controller feels alittle akward when adapting to more freedom.

Yes the wii can easly get boring. I've also heard that it can cause cancer! So if I were you I would stick with the 360.
