There will never be another Michael Jordan. He was just too good. It will not be LeBron James, and anybody who watched the Cav's game last night knows. Jordan was an amazing clutch player, and James proved that he cannot pull it up in the clutch. It doesnt matter if you can score 39 points up through 46 minutes of the game, if you are going to miss free throws in the last two minutes, and then miss not one, but two, game tying 3 pointers in a row.

no doubt , LEBRON the king JAMES. He is the greatest example of how the game of basketball is played. He plays different from M.J. himself but he is just as good and is getting better every year. He's not totally there yet but he will be the next M.J. when he retires and will be a legend. Just as Jordan himself his shoes are contributing to his popularity and is a well known face in any state. LEBRON, the king, JAMES is the next micheal jordan.

somebody already beat me to the correct answer but here is who and why.
NOBODY because the new NBA is all about the hype and there are not enough players with respect for the game to dominate like MJ did. The word dominate is linked to the word consistent and also to the word championships. Take away Jordan's 2 seasons of playing babseball and coming back for 17 games and playoffs, and you've got MJ winning 6 championships in a row dude. Think about it.

There is no such thing as being the next somebody.
When Michael Jordan was young he wasn't trying to be the next somebody.
Back then you had to be yourself.
That what players are doing now trying to be themselves.
So there is no such thing as being the next someone.

NO one in the world, will ever, ever will be close to MJ. Unless you never miss a shot and make everything in the clutch(LeBron can't) you then can be the next Mj. Which will never happen.
