If you and your fellow Bushies support the troops, why are they coming home and killing themselves because they aren't getting the SUPPORT they need for their Post Traumatic Stress Disorder? Why aren't they getting the medical care they need? Read Newsweek lately? Have you read ANYTHING lately, aside from books by Bill O'Lielly and Sean Vannity? You, who SAY you support the troops probably don't even know about soldiers committing suicide because they aren't getting help or about the recent Walter Reed scandal. Your greed and elections of frat boy drunken greedy jerks will be the downfall of this once great nation. Your magnetic "Support the Troops" bumper sticker hasn't and will not do any good when you vote for the trash that is currently running this country into the ground

Where did you get your info from? I haven't heard anything about the suicide rate being high for returning soldiers. If that were true, the big liberal media outlets would be reporting that everyday, all day. I think you just hate Bush but you do not have the guts to just simply say it.

Yeah, they're the ones that put out the phony story about our troops stuffing the Koran down the toilets at Gitmo. Yeah, good news source. The Walter Reed Scandal? I notice how you haven't posted the whole story here. That issue is being dealt with, investigated at the highest level, and people are being made to step down. I am republican, and I fully support our troops.
I was very upset when I heard about the people at Walter Reed not getting the right care. Its insane that more isnt being done for them and I hope now that it has been brought to light, there will be more done for them.
Lumping us all into one catergory of either supporting or not supporting the troops isnt right. Its terrible that some people arent doing their jobs. But I dont think thats the republican party or Bush's fault.
My friends husband killed himself when he returned from Afghanistan. He was offered help many times and didnt take it. Im not saying that every soldier who has returned and hurt or killed himself was offered the same help, but again, lumping them all into the same group isnt right.
Theres a lack of support from all sides, just like theres support from all sides. And your opinion of this country being run into the ground is just that, your opinion.

Where are you getting your information? Just as many teenage girls commit suicide because their high school boyfriend went out with another girl.
The Walter Reed Military Hospital (note, it has no connection with the VA) is a huge bureaucratic mess (note, anything the federal government touches becomes one), and is full of self-serving sycophantic assholes (note, anything the federal government touches contains these kinds of people) that don't do their job properly. I know, I'm a US Merchant Mariner working for the federal government, and the bloated women in their cubicles who are SUPPOSED to help us barely work and when they do, we can't get a hold of them....pisses us all off.
Oh and one more thing, shove it. Using Yahoo!Answers for your rants is just as self-serving as those uppity and yuppie bureaucrats can be. Get your own blog that nobody and his dead grandmother will read.

The republicans support the war. they support the adminsidtration, they support GWB. They do not support the troops.
They sent them to war undermanned, and undersupplied with personal and vehicular armor. In spite of that, the military performed supurbly, with one of the most stunning campaigns in al of military history. Veterans ahve complained about their treatment upon return, and the administration has tried to silence them
