It is safe to come to Lebanon this month and all year round as nothing bad will happen and the security forces are more now.

Yes. For the time being it is safe. Don't expect anyone to give you guarantees though. You can't get guarantees anywhere on this globe.

well, I have just moved back to Lebanon, and when you are outside you imagine all these things.
You get here and you find that it's normal life- for now anyway.

Yup, but as smutty says no guarantees because you might never know what might happen in a second. but i dont think that anything more would happend the people there cant handle it anymore

Depends on if you don't mind gambling with your physical safety...or even your life. I have been to several countries in the middle east...including Iraq...but that was for business.
