nope. not usually, but it really depends on the weather, if it is cold it feels good to through on a pair of comfortable boxers.

I don't wear underwear when bathing.
...just seems like a sensible thing to do.
Otherwise, always wearing clean, well-fitting underwear just makes me feel "intact" and, to borrow a phrase, just makes me feel "good all under".
